The Opportunity

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to drive the media strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of our QVC & HSN paid marketing efforts in social channels such as Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. You will work with internal and external partners to drive forward channel best practices and will influence customer action and sentiment. You will be a Subject Matter Expert, leading the Paid Social program across QVC & HSN, driving top-line sales and customer growth, providing creative direction, and optimizing the program.

Your Impact

Paid Social program

  • Drive strategy for new & existing initiatives/campaigns; co-managing $40MM+ dollar budget, ensure higher ROI and profitability of Paid Social investment.
  • Identify program opportunities (i.e. new platforms, new ad units, etc.) and work with internal and external partners to evolve and grow program.
  • Communicate budget forecast, results, changes, and updates.
  • Provide targeting strategy, direction, and communicates with the CRM/Campaign management teams.
  • Monitor the creative process to ensure that all messaging is aligned with brand standards and is optimized for the channel.
  • Liaison with Organic and Strategic Social Media teams; informing and consulting the Account team of all strategic plans and initiatives.

Reporting & Testing

  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights/Business Intelligence team to interpret metrics/results, and propose new direction/initiative to improve outcomes through ongoing testing.
  • Utilize analysis to proactively make program optimizations and enhancements while partnering with Marketing Operations.
  • Own the continual testing of creative content, copy, audience targeting, and campaign set-up to optimize campaign performance.

Internal/External partnerships

  • Manage team of Paid Social Specialists and Coordinators to develop and execute marketing plans with all external and internal partners.
  • Manage relationships with Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other vendor Paid Social vendors.
  • Primary contact for internal teams including Legal, Consumer Insights/Business Intelligence, eCommerce, Creative, Operations, etc.

What You Bring

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, merchandising or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • 5 plus years’ experience in online marketing, paid social marketing, e-commerce or relationship marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics) with little supervision or direction
  • Excellent project management and organizational/time management skills with specific attention to detail
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of general business concepts and the QVC/HSN business model
