Position Summary:
Candidates must be creative, have an eye for design and detail. Interns will oversee the pre- through post- production process of our marketing campaigns. They must have exceptional communication skills, create, and edit videos/photos for all our marketing initiatives, confidently multi-task on various on-going projects, deliver results on deadlines, and work great with others as they assist our marketing and sales team.
Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to our Branch Manager, Social Media Director, and sales staff.
- Arrange multimedia production plans to meet our monthly marketing goals
- Collaborating with our marketing department to build deeper brand loyalty and communication with our community.
- Create a schedule to develop engaging Social Media content for all our platforms to expand our online presence
- Edit photos and videos
- Assist in video/photo shoots
- Generate new sales leads by assisting in the following:
Google Ad Word Campaign Creation
Google Key Words
Google Postings
Blogs
Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Email Campaigns
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, monthly
- Serve as the point of contact between the National Marketing Department and our Branch
- Automated Marketing Program (AMP) – Utilize material within the AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH systems on behalf of the branch or Loan Officers on a regular basis
- Training must be completed by the Marketing Assistant to efficiently complete duties.
- If additional material is needed beyond what is available in AMP, Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating the material and submitting the material to the National Marketing Department for Brand and Compliance approval
- Maintenance of Branch Social Network Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Audience building and replying to direct messages and accepting friends/followers.
- Promote Corporate Social Media posts on Branch and LO pages
- Use content from AMPLIFLY to share on social media platforms
- Monitor sites and delete spam
- Set auto-posts as needed
- Coordinate/ manage local branch events on behalf of the Branch or Loan Officer, including:
- Lunch and Learns
- Tradeshows
- Must be equipped to work in a high-performance environment.
