IoT For All (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leverege), the leading digital publication within the Internet of Things industry, is seeking a dynamic marketing leader to help us accelerate growth, increase revenue, and expand our reach internationally.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with our team to build, test, and execute campaigns that will drive growth across our industry-leading channels. You will be responsible for monitoring our audience’s engagement, creating native content for specific channels, and using data to drive our internal marketing efforts. This role will put you in a position to help plan our overall marketing efforts to grow our voice and authority in the industry.
You’ll initially focus on a few key areas:
- Managing our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers and engagement with industry players, while also driving sales leads and community member sign-ups
- Creating native micro-content to share across channels (i.e. iotforall.com, youtube, newsletter, social media, etc.)
- Help grow our audio/video content creation capabilities by leading the pre/post production of our media network content

Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable micro-content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Help accelerate our audio/video content production
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of all audio/video content
- Lead the post-production process for all audio/video content
- Support the development and implementation of internal marketing strategies to drive sales leads, promote the growth of our community, and increase audience engagement.
Qualifications Required
- Must be a strategic thinker and comfortable in customer-facing communications (written & verbal), have a passion for content development and digital marketing
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable projects
- Must be curious and self-driven, able to work well autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in externally-facing communication
- Efficient and effective organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a fun, casual, professional, and productive team atmosphere
Qualifications Preferred
- 1+ years of diverse experience working in marketing, visual arts or similar roles preferred. Minimal to no experience will be considered if there is a high degree of cultural fit.
- Experience with content deliverable tools and platforms such as WordPress and Social Media management tools
- Experience building professional communities and fostering relationships in digital networking environments
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- (Bonus) Experience with content production tools, for example Audition, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or other audio/video/graphic tools
- (Bonus) Technical background in IoT or similar technical verticals or the willingness/desire to learn
