We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join the team! As the Account coordinator, you assist the Account executive in developing presentations for clients whenever necessary, developing proposals, and working directly with the Ad Operations team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop proposals as requested and make all necessary revisions throughout the ad campaign 
  • Maintain paid programming allocations 
  • If options are exercised, make all necessary adjustments to the plan 
  • Send daily and weekly pre and post logs 
  • Remain knowledgeable of the buying history of each client 
  • Ensure schedules and plans are booked and ordered for each client 
  • Ensure all program restrictions are adhered to when building plans 
  • Be the lead on product allocations for specific clients 
  • Check preemptions daily for all clients and ensure all inventory is accounted for and is approved by clients
  • Implement all order revisions in order to accommodate client requests (ie: time splits, moves, day-locking, etc.) efficiently 
  • Analyze discrepancies and make any necessary invoice adjustments 
  • Work directly with ad operations to ensure we have proper instructions and tape so all units run correctly 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • An interest in media sales 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of current events

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Past internship experience in the media, agency, or network space
