We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of dedicated staff as a Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager at our Healthcare Company in Brooklyn, NY.
Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager, you will help to further develop a strong online presence and provide general support to the marketing and fundraising departments.
Graphic Design/Social Media Marketing Job Duties:
- Manage all social advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Grows and improve Organization’s online presence on key sites like Yelp, Google+, and Facebook.
- Development of an online reputation
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, content idealization and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development and brand management
- Provides guidance to marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Reports progress to senior marketing management
- Help create creative campaigns
- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Manage marketing material inventory and staff distribution
Social Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred
- Social Media Marketing Experience preferred
- Content Creation experience preferred
- Graphic Design
- Web Design and Strategy
- Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Creative
