Today, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and versatile Multimedia Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and producing visual media assets for print, product packaging, digital, event signage, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and our website. As the Multimedia Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting our portfolio of brands, bringing their visual identities and products to life, and creating highly engaging content that connects with customers all over the world.
Working as a member of our in-house team, the multimedia designer is expected to generate their own original ideas and collaborate with our Marketing Manager and external photo/video partner to develop and produce high-end visual photography, graphics animations, and videos. The ideal candidate should have a background in digital and print design, experience working on diverse projects, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
A successful candidate will be creative and attentive to details, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, working closely with our Marketing Manager to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This candidate should have a good understanding of how marketing, branding, public relations, social media, and content creation work together to drive demand and tell our story in a consistent, creative, and compelling way.
This position will report to our Marketing Manager and will be part-time, with the opportunity to become full-time after 6 months.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize & execute visually compelling branded content for print, website, email, social media, product packaging, etc.
- Create and develop effective storytelling – through video, animation, and graphic design – that supports the direction of our different brands and their strategic objectives.
- Manage the design and visual story of all marketing materials including presentation decks, product sheets, user guides, product packaging, postcards, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in product photoshoots and/or photo editing tasks as needed.
- Examine new and existing marketing materials for brand style consistency.
- Create motion graphics or short videos for AccuBANKER’s digital and social media channels, when applicable.
- Ensure that projects delivered are on brand, within budget, and on time.
- Maintain and update website design elements as needed using Shopify.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and be enthusiastic about bringing new design ideas to the table.
- Participate in planning, messaging development, and creative sessions to elevate content and campaign development.
- Clearly articulate your process, explorations, and conclusions to stakeholders over the course of a project.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA or BFA in graphic design, digital design, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years experience
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing their skills. Please include a link to your portfolio on your Resume (Behance or other).
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom, Google Web Designer, and other HTML5 development tools, print processes, and creative asset management tools.
- Artistic with a keen sensibility for effective typography, hierarchy, iconography, color, layout, and design psychology
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take feedback and collaborate with different stakeholders
- A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills
- Experience working with all social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- UX/UI design experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
