We are looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to direct, monitor and track the flow of materials and resources through our growing design and writing services for our multi-media platform. Under the direction of the Publisher and or Design Services Manager, the Traffic Coordinator will own the scheduling and timelines associated with each high-level graphic design, branding, and store design projects. Your guidance will help ensure the on-time, accurate delivery of work our clients expect from us. The Traffic Coordinator will act as our information center, communicating deadlines and status updates, confirming work is progressing according to plan and identifying any issues that may disrupt workflow. To be successful, you should have working knowledge of project management software and be able to prepare accurate progress reports. To be exceptional, you should be able to set project expectations based on print or construction dates, troubleshoot potential speedbumps, and help develop a plan of action to prevent delays.
This position would last for an entire semester course with possibility to go into part time work thereafter. This position may be shared and coordinated by multiple people depending on the time needed to complete all projects. The minimum time for this position is 10-12 hours per week.
