PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Support the Director of Marketing with all the planning, strategizing, implementing, and monitoring of marketing and communications campaigns

·      Assist with content, proofreading, and/or production of materials (i.e., brochures, social media calendars, press releases, e-blasts)

·      Oversee the successful execution of corporate and CEO-related events with the Director of Marketing’s support

·      Create a marketing media library ensuring it remains up to date

·      Research industry awards for the development projects

·      Create quarterly, comprehensive reports with marketing metrics for corporate and development projects

·      Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry

·      Manage relationships with external vendors (i.e., PR firm, social media and branding agencies, freelance graphic designer)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

–         Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and event planning

–         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

–         Outstanding organizational and time management skills

–         High attention to detail

–         Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (required)
