We are looking for a developer to join our company, someone who enjoys a good challenge, and taking an application to the next level. You would join one of our existing development teams, working on new features to our existing products, and help with our plans of taking our applications forward into the world of DevOps.

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s employment brand
  • Interacting with employees and other stakeholders regarding the company’s employment brand
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities 
  • Own social media accounts, including the initial strategy creation and daily posting and engagement activities.
  • Working with human resources professionals and recruiters to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Qualifications

·      Completing or have completed a degree in a related field such as business, marketing, public relations and/or human resources management

·      Passion for learning and growing in the marketing field

·      Demonstrated communication and creative skills (educational examples accepted)

·      Ability to work well on a team
