Essential Responsibilities

·      Support Digital Acquisition Manager with the development of digital acquisition campaigns to drive revenue growth to Elemis.com and retailers across various channels & platforms (Google, Criteo, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pepperjam).

·      Manage the full-cycle creative process – brief ad creative concept, work closely with Design team and traffic paid media ads.

·      Establish a seamless process with teams in charge of content production (PR, social, email, SEO) to collect press mentions, UGC and influencer content, and create a selection matrix to consciously define which content should be amplified through paid media.

·      Research partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition.

·      Build paid media reports based on market trends and launches.

·      Assist in tracking results and reporting on media performance on a weekly basis.

·      Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS – Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars

 

Qualifications & Characteristics

 

·      Fluent in English

·      Interest for beauty industry and digital trends

·      Knowledge of social media platforms

·      Creative and proactive

·      Attention to details and strong organisational skills

·      Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

 

KPI’s

·      Improve overall CTR to 1% on paid ads by the end of the internship

·      Create a template and complete 20 reports on key industry players

·      Help recruit 40K of new customers by the end of the internship

Identify 2-3 UGC / influencer content to be amplified on paid media per month
