Program Experience

CSL Behring’s Internship Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. The 12-week intern experience will immerse students in meaningful, thought-provoking projects that contribute to CSL’s promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. In addition to making an impact, students will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in leadership & development seminars, a structured mentorship program, community service, and team-building activities designed specifically for you.

Role Summary:

The Early Career team is a fast moving, rapidly evolving team that is working to position CSL, as one of the leading employer brands at our targeted educational institutions around the world. The team’s objective is to source and deliver exceptional early career and graduate talent to CSL, across a broad spectrum of roles and training programs. This is accomplished through developing close and collaborative relationships with leading educational institutions; leveraging CSL’s extensive marketing capabilities to design and deploy an effective early career marketing campaign; utilizing technology to the fullest extent (including social media) to connect with candidates; and developing sophisticated candidate screening and selection methods to cast a wide net for talent and hire the best talent while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

The Early Careers Program intern will facilitate the delivery of summer programming and will support the development of social media content. The social media content will support the lens of the Student, interviewing current Global Early Career participants and those who have followed their career journey from an ECP start. This role will support the Program Manager in day-to-day planning and delivery of a Global Intern ‘in a box’ and a Global Rotational ‘in a box’ guides.

The ECP Intern will support brand awareness as an Early Career steward & campus champion for CSL. This role may also support recruiting, presentation and related work supporting our Early Career progression.

Requirements:

  • Rising Senior in a 4-year degree with a graduation date of December 2022 or Spring 2023. This role could also provide a 2022 graduate an opportunity to learn more about a Global Talent organization within Early Careers.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or other related 4-year degree.
  • The ideal intern will have a passion for social media development, marketing and brand promotion
