Osmosis Films, a Ruder Finn company, is a rapidly-growing New York-based creative studio and production company focused on building powerful creative experiences across films, series, animation, motion graphics, interactive content and more.
Osmosis is now accepting applications for the Summer 2022 session of its Executive Training program. The 12-week Executive Training (ET) program provides a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to work in a fast-paced environment and learn from the best and brightest practitioners in PR, and digital and social media communications. The agency hires many of the program’s best graduates to fill entry-level positions.
Position Overview
The Production ET should be interested in gaining hands-on experience across short and longform video and animation projects. This individual will support directors and producers creatively and logistically on both animated and live action projects, including management of production processes, quality control assistance, crew and gear procurement, and overall planning.
The Production ET will also assist with photo and video research, casting management and review, and managing office resources across many different projects. Applicants must have exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills, and relevant experience and interest in film production and postproduction.
The Osmosis team is rapidly growing, therefore each member is nimble and wears many hats, so flexibility and a passion to stretch outside of core responsibilities will be key.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fundamental research, writing and critical-thinking skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt to shifting priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Can thrive in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- You are intellectually curious
- Eager to learn about brand storytelling and innovations in digital marketing and communications
- You consider yourself creative; think outside the box
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Background in production/media preferred
Additional Information:
- ETs must be available to work full-time, 40 hours/week, with eligibility for overtime
- ET Program starts mid-June 2022
- ETs will be considered for entry-level positions upon completion of the Executive Training Program
