Social Media Intern
The Social Media Intern will be involved in executing and implementing all social media campaigns for all CRG concepts and will report to Content & Social Media Manager. The Social Media Intern will implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills as well as an inquisitive mind—the ideal candidate for this position will ask for clarification and additional information in any case when they do not have a complete understanding on how to proceed. The Social Media Intern may be asked to perform other duties and special projects as requested by management. The Social Media Intern position has the must work hybrid (working 2 days at office when not assigned to photo or video shoot assistance). Travel to restaurants for photoshoots will be required on occasion. As part of this flex working environment, the team member will be required to have internet at their remote working location. The team member may have to make occasional phone calls in this position, therefore requiring them to have access to a phone, either a landline or a cellular phone.
Essential Duties:
- Create and recommend new digital and social media strategies/campaigns that align with our brand, consumer, and operational execution and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace in collaboration with Content & Social Media Manager.
- Perform social media marketing research and support influencer campaign strategy with PR agency.
- Support with the execution of digital marketing campaigns & social media campaigns in collaboration with Content & Social Media Manager.
- Assistance in photo shoot production on photo & video shoot days.
- Assist with marketing research and other activities.
- Assist with promotion initiatives on Open Table, Yelp Deals, etc. when needed.
- Engage with the community on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Event development and Public Relations support as needed.
- Assist in creating weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, blurbs etc for CRG brand websites.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Reports to Content & Social Media Manager for weekly reporting on tasks, duties and feedback.
Requirements of the successful candidate:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Must know Excel, Word and PPT
• Preferred Qualification: Some design experience (for small projects and social media graphics)
