What You Will Do
The Marketing – Associate is a key contributor to the growth and priority efforts of FTI’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting (“FLC”) segment in North America. This role sits within the “operations team” of the FLC Marketing Team. The ideal candidate for this role has an entrepreneurial drive and the ability to see beyond the “ask” as an opportunity rather than a constraint.
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks for multiple product/practices by contributing to the overall research, creation and distribution of digital/social media marketing tactics and channels aligned to business priorities and growth initiatives, by directly lending support to product/practice marketing team specialists. This position will report to the FLC North America Marketing Leader with oversight by the Marketing – Sr. Associate.
The marketing associate’s responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Content: Supporting the planning and creation of content and execution including Social Media, Paid Media, PPC, image templates, social media cards, newsletters, email marketing, etc.
- Trend watching and Insights: Research of trends, competitors, influencers, social listening, awards, events, etc.
- Analytics and Reporting: Input for Campaign/Performance metrics analysis and communication (issuing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports) (social following, engagements, impressions and overall growth)
- Collaboration: Aligning with the corporate pr/digital teams for any ad hoc requests
- Organization: Input/management of content calendar
As an Associate, you will become a member of a project team and work closely with our professionals and senior leaders to meet our clients’ needs.

Qualifications
· Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between December 2022 – July 2023
· Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA and 3.0 Major GPA
· Permanent US work authorization
· Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s)
· COVID Vaccine required*
