WolfCreek Consulting is an executive search firm specializing in placing professionals in within different industries such as; Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Information Technology, and Management. We work with start-ups, mid-sized and Fortune 500 Companies.

We are looking for someone that wants to grow within our company. Whether that be within full cycle recruitment, business development, or operations. This position will be assisting the recruitment team along with office operations.

Responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates

• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

• Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities

• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases

• Post jobs on social platforms

• Following up with candidates to complete time cards and manager to approve time cards

• Updating reports on excel

• Update company’s social media with posts and job postings

• Creating presentations, reports, data entry Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role is a plus. Additional training will be provided.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)

• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

• QuickBooks experience a plus

• Associates Degree OR Bachelor’s Degree preferred
