Job Description
Nationwide Brokerage Solutions (NBS) Marketing & Business Development Intern is a member of the Nationwide Brokerage Solutions (NBS) Marketing & Communications team and may also collaborate with our Business Development / Sales team.
NBS is a wholesale Property & Casualty insurance broker: We solve problems for local agents providing solutions, ease, and expertise that helps them successfully grow their business. The marketing team has transformed and grown over the past year to enable a more collaborative and consultative approach within the business to drive a clear, recognizable brand in the marketplace. The marketing team is evolving to enhance our ability to engage customers and grow relationships in new ways. The internship with our team is to support prospecting and new relationship growth by assisting as we introduce content into new marketing channels.
Internship Roles/Responsibilities
- Learn and contribute to marketing team tactical execution such as blog, social media, podcast, and video content development.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development to test ways to activate prospect and customer leads.
Skills/Qualifications Desired
- Strong writing and analytical skills strongly desired.
- Knowledge of business-to-business marketing concepts, business and consumer purchasing behavior, and social media a plus.
