Description
Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI) is seeking a Design Fellow and a Copywriting Fellow to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from a seasoned creative team.
As a Fellow at BPI, you not only understand the difference between what works on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, you are passionate about creating/writing content that “stops the scroll,” engages target audiences and moves the needle. If your Facebook ads look like the content you design for Instagram, this is not the job for you. It’s a major bonus if you have experience designing for Instagram stories or creating animated gifs.
BPI’s fellowship program is a full-time, 12 week fellowship with the option of extending another term in the fall based on performance.
In this role, you will:
- Design high-quality digital static ads and content from start to finish for social channels like Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Snapchat and Facebook, assisting our design team to execute projects
- Specialize in social media content that “stops the scroll”; you design content that gets retweets, likes, shares- and you love doing it.
- Coordinate with other designers to ensure deliverables meet campaign goals, brand standards, and firm quality expectations
- Prioritizing learning every day- feedback is critical and our space is constantly changing. In this role, you will learn to grow quickly.
