Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator that’s interested in starting a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. 

The Recruitment Coordinator will be assisting in the development and execution of recruiting strategies and operations to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed, filed and uploaded into their respective databases.
  • Interacts with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn)
  • Builds applicant sources by networking with community organizations, colleges, universities, media, job fairs, recruiting firms and internet recruiting sites
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Collaborates with the Talent, Recruitment, & Training Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in Human Resources, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • One to two years of experience in the recruiting field, related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
