We are looking for a student who is passionate about the dance industry. If you are interested in getting a deep dive into social media marketing for a niche brand this may be a great opportunity for you. We are a small but mighty team.

You will get hands on experience with:

  • Social media marketing and strategy
  • Community engagement through social media outlets including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, and more
  • Assisting with editing for catalog, social, and website marketing
  • Website development

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

  • Pinterest
  • Ensuring that content is updated weekly
  • Tag products to relevant image collections
  • Track conversion analytics and growth data
  • Update collections based on new launches, holidays, and events
  • Instagram
  • Liking and commenting on posts in newsfeed 3x daily (9 AM, 2:45 PM, and 5:45 PM)
  • Liking and commenting on posts in explore page 2x daily (9 AM and 5:45 PM)
  • Liking and commenting on tagged posts
  • Replying to all comments on our posts
  • Replying to all story replies
  • Interacting with accounts that have interacted with us (i.e. if they have liked our story, go to their profile and like/comment on some posts)
  • TikTok
  • Analyze what music, content, visuals are trending and communicate directly with our ambassadors to get content created to post on So Danca TikTok
  • Making sure our FYP becomes more “dance related” / commenting and liking all dance related content
  • Study content that does well for competitors / related industry accounts and provide a report of what and why

We continue to revolutionize industry design standards by creating products with an innovative spirit for everyone passionate about the art of dance. From designing the original unique back leotard to fully elasticized ballet shoes, we push the limits, reinvent the classics, and challenge the status quo. Our designs have made us one of the most beloved and the most coveted choices by dancers internationally.

  • Time commitment: ~ 4 to 7 hours a week
  • Reporting to: COO and Manager of Marketing Strategy
  • Location: Remote

Preferred experience but not required:

  • Photoshop
  • Canva
  • Should be well versed with social media including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube
