Job Title: Sales, Marketing, and Social Media Intern
Salary: $12/hour
Location: Onsite or Remote (depending on the candidate’s preference) Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales, Marketing, and Social Media Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and generating and following up with leads. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, customer service, customer success, and social media.
RepOne is athlete management software that helps both in-person and online trainers automate guidance so they can scale their business. The majority of coaches today take on remote clients for extra income. Unfortunately those remote clients are worth about 4x less than their in-person counterparts. Team coaches want to individualize training to improve performance and reduce injury risk, but have a hard time increasing headcount. In-person training tools don’t scale, and online coaching tools make it difficult to provide the same value.
RepOne aims to solve that by helping trainers make more good decisions and building tools that can scale both in-person and online services. We’re currently in every sport and every level of sport, from youth to the NFL, and are expanding to the $60B market of online personal training.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
- Generate leads, conduct market research and assist in the sales process
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and strategies
- Attend meetings and assist with various projects as needed
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Interested/involved in the strength and conditioning field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
