Kwontified is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our exciting and fast-paced Marketing Team. Ideal candidates are data-driven creatives with experience leveraging multiple forms of media to deliver engaging consumer experiences and sales growth.

The Marketing Coordinator will develop skills and work primarily in site merchandising design as well as content management and deployment in furtherance of our clients’ e-commerce businesses. He or she will work closely with internal teams as well as external project managers to design compelling digital consumer experiences and manage client creative calendars.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage digital content to drive consumer engagement and sales conversions
  • Design, wireframe, and manage brand microsites, product landing pages, as well as other digital branded experiences
  • Track consumer engagement to inform the development of targeted copy, graphics, video, and other digital media
  • Plan and execute social messaging, posts, and site merchandized content updates
  • Create and maintain a unified brand voice across digital sales channels and geographic marketplaces
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Team to plan and manage client promotional sales calendars

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or other closely related majors
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency editing video with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience drafting copy and content for consumer facing websites, landing pages or email campaigns
  • Proactive team player that welcomes challenges and leadership responsibilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience executing digital marketing and social media strategies
  • Proficiency with web analytics and social media management tools
  • Proficiency in marketing data analysis with Excel
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales conversions
