Evaluations

We value the success of our internship programs, and feedback will help us provide a better internship experience for both employers and student interns.  In order to get internship credit, submission of the end-of-term evaluation is required of both the supervisor and the student intern.  

FOR EMPLOYERS

Supervisor evaluation is designed to provide feedback on job performance and student preparedness.  Employers will be emailed a link to complete the online Student Intern Evaluation Form approximately 1 – 2 weeks prior to the end of the internship period.

FOR STUDENTS

Students must also complete an evaluation of their experience at the end of their internship.  Students must complete the Internship Registration and Evaluation form provided in the link below no later than one week after the end of their internship period.
