Aime Fernandez Digital Media Intern Spring 2022 – Fall 2022

Aime Fernandez is a Change Enablement Program Manager at Carnival Corporation, where she drives the successful adoption of new processes and technologies for Global Cybersecurity through strategic communication, leadership alignment, and training.

Since joining Carnival as an Internal Communications Specialist, she has continued to lead key initiatives, including managing SharePoint sites and Viva Engage communities, crafting impactful communication materials, and designing executive-level PowerPoint presentations. She also plays a critical role in planning and executing department town halls and on-site team activities, ensuring seamless logistics and engaging content.

Before Carnival, Aime held communication and digital media roles at Florida International University, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, and Academica, where she developed social campaigns, managed corporate newsletters, produced video content, and optimized digital experiences.

Aime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University. She is passionate about storytelling, creating a great employee experience, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance organizational culture.
