Beverly Muzii

Beverly Renee Muzii is a student at Florida International University who explores the intersection of journalistic storytelling with social sciences and the humanities.

Her research interests include exploring the role of journalistic storytelling in shaping community, building identity, and fostering resilience and how storytellers serve not only as documentarians but as advocates for communities, crafting narratives that humanize social, cultural, and environmental challenges.

She is a fellow with the Ratcliffe Art & Design Incubator. She has held internships with iWitness, the IPC Institute for Visual Journalism at FIU, the Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab, and The Wolfsonian–FIU.
