Tatiana Andrienko-Genin | Research Associate, Kopenhaver Center

Dr. Tatiana Andrienko-Genin is a distinguished Adjunct Lecturer at Florida International University and Chair of the LEAD Research Consortium at the Kopenhaver Center, where she brings more than three decades of academic leadership to advancing women in communication. She holds a Doctor of Sciences, PhD in Intercultural Communication, a PhD in English Linguistics, and a Master of Arts in Education. She is a globally recognized expert in intercultural business communication and international leadership.
At FIU, Dr. Andrienko-Genin fosters global awareness among students through high-impact initiatives such as her Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects, connecting FIU students with peers around the world. Her prolific scholarly record includes eight books and more than 100 peer-reviewed publications.
In addition to her role at FIU, Dr. Andrienko-Genin serves as a Professor at Westcliff University, provides strategic consultancy to C-level executives, and sits on several international editorial boards, including the East European Journal of Psycholinguistics. Her career reflects a lasting commitment to empowering students and cultivating inclusive, globally connected learning environments.
