Zipporah Hayes | Administrative Assistant

Zipporah Hayes graduated from Florida International University’s Lee Caplin School of Journalism & Media with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Communication and Media, with a concentration in Digital Broadcasting. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Mass Communication with a concentration in Advanced News Producing at FIU.

As a media professional, Zipporah gained experience in broadcast journalism, film and television production, casting and talent development, as well as nonprofit communications. Zipporah’s entertainment industry experience includes casting for Warner Bros and other production companies for film projects, Bad Monkey, the MTV Video Music Awards, VH1, Burger King alongside celebrities Pitbull, DJ Khaled, and more.

Zipporah’s passion for storytelling extends into academics through hands-on media work with involvement in arts education and programming that focuses on making a positive impact in her community. She is the choir director for the Girls Choir of Miami, a member of the Adrienne Arsht Center Gospel Council and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Through her career ambitions and service to her community she aims to uplift underrepresented voices, mentor the next generation of talent and continue to use media and the arts to empower, educate and inspire.
