ABOUT THE ROLE:
Clarity Creative Group is looking for an assistant who is as enthusiastic about marketing as they are about content creation. Do you want to make Clarity Creative Group more awesome while learning about how a digital marketing agency works?
What you’ll be doing:
- Set up our office for successful meetings with clients
- Curate and organize social media and blog content
- Assist with managing content calendars for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.) as needed
- Write highly effective editorial content such as blog posts, on-trend articles, and social posts
- Research trends in the social and digital landscape to implement across both brands to drive traffic & engagement
- Promote Clarity Creative Group through interactions with partners at promotional events, virtual events, and social media
Clarity Creative Group’s dream assistant is someone who:
- loves marketing, graphic design, and the web
- is creative, hyper-organized and well-written
- is upbeat, flexible, and friendly
- can get lost in Instagram for hours and has an active social media presence
- is tech-savvy and is excited to figure out new solutions
- writes well with careful attention to detail
- a great visual eye for photos and design
- loves the thrill of finishing a project and hitting goals
- has an eagerness to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- is available to work 10 to 15 hours a week
- responds quickly to emails
- is more than capable of working on a variety of projects simultaneously
- BONUS (but not a must-have): proficiency with Google apps like Gmail and Drive, experience with Canva and social media scheduling tools, familiar with video marketing platforms such as Animoto and TikTok
