KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Driver membership acquisition POV through market and research analysis on the consumer.
• Gather data and identify trends/opportunities to evolve and grow our membership program; quantify growth opportunity and financial projections.
• Identify focus areas and make recommendations to improve membership growth and retention.
• Present ideas to engage with our consumer beyond digital & social and present a point-of-view on the how to attract new members.
• Partner cross-functionally to build member acquisition and retention programs.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Basic experience in the digital landscape within a relevant industry/organization/function
• Broad understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends, preferably within sports apparel and footwear market
• A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Basic experience with data analytics and Digital tools/platforms e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, eCommerce and online marketing
• Basic Experience with visualization and reporting techniques.
• Solid skills in Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in University
• Anticipated graduation date is between December 2022 and August 2023
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
• Available to participate in our full-time internship program from end of May/June to August 2022
