Cornerstone helps organizations unite people growth with business success to create work environments that inspire growth, productivity, and success for all. The Cornerstone Originals team produces award-winning, exclusive content that raises the bar for what can be expected from workplace learning. Our original learning content addresses today’s most pressing topics with best-in-class design and production. If you’re passionate about learning and its potential to call us to be better- in our work, to others, and to ourselves, then consider applying to join our team.

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for researching topics and then outlining and drafting scripts for new learning programs. Our learner-centric programs cover modern professional skills in established, emerging, and newly designed innovative formats. Topics cover a wide range from building an inclusive culture to sustainability in the workplace to rethinking norms in the hybrid workplace. You will research topics with the aim of discovering: what is essential in teaching them, whether the topics are strategically aligned with our goals for learning content, whether the topic is filling a current gap, what the competitive landscape looks like for this topic, and what point of view we can bring to this topic.

You will work closely with other members of our Originals team to build out the topic, including, outlining, drafting, incorporating subject matter experts and contributors, preparing for pre-production, and supporting quality control of programs. For new formats, you will work closely with others to develop, pitch, and test concepts. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and reliably use defined learner and business needs to identify learning objectives and performance tasks for video-, audio-, or text-based training that are in line with the voice of the Studios brand, and our core content values: Inclusive, Growth Oriented, Collaborative, and Impact-Driven.
