What We Need
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, capturing, and organizing compelling content for various marketing outlets, including social media, websites, email blasts, and print collateral. This individual will bring a diverse skill set that includes proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, a background in graphic design, social media expertise, photography skills, and experience in website design and content management.
The Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create visually appealing and on-brand multimedia content for marketing purposes.
- Generate high-quality photos, graphic layouts, branded templates, videos, animations, and written copy as needed by the marketing and sales departments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging formats to create timely and engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Utilize photography skills to capture compelling images and conduct photo editing as necessary.
- Help facilitate a planned website overhaul by updating and creating new content as needed by agency partners.
- Contribute to ongoing website improvements and manage content updates to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Write professionally crafted copy for various marketing materials.
The Job Requirements:
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong background in graphic design.
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content and staying current with emerging trends.
- Strong photography skills and proficiency in photo editing.
- Experience with website design and content management systems.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft professional copy.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia content creation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and be deadline-driven.
