GGN Marketing Coordinator
Position Description
GGN, an internationally recognized landscape architecture firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, highly collaborative Seattle design studio. The Marketing team handles pursuits, promotional activities, external and internal communications, business development, and brand strategy in alignment with GGN’s mission, vision, and values.
The successful candidate will show accountability in prioritizing and completing both fast turn-around and ongoing projects through excellent time management. They will consistently represent GGN’s values in all communications. The ability to understand the big vision/project goal while tracking multiple details is key.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Support securing new work in the landscape architecture industry
• Prepare proposal materials and update firm collateral using existing graphic standards
• Monitor and coordinate project photography and maintain image libraries
• Monitor social media accounts and website daily
• Coordinate communications projects such as activities, lectures, press releases, and interviews
• Efficiently complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and contact lists
Education and Experience
At least 2 years of business administration, marketing, or communications experience. No certifications or licenses are required.
Skills and Qualifications
Clear verbal and written communication; graphic design skills; self-management and initiative; time management and organizational skills; strong teamwork and collaboration. Ability to quickly develop knowledge of GGN’s internal processes and priorities. Ability to represent company as brand ambassador in conversations with potential clients, collaborators, and industry colleagues.
Experience with proposal coordination in the A&E industry or experience in the arts and design fields are advantageous. Experience with Adobe In-Design and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), Bluebeam, Miro, and Squarespace is preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Occasional overtime may be necessary, based on business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range $58,000-70,000
