For those confident in using a design program but would like to learn more about 3D printing to guarantee better print success. We will cover optimizing print layouts in MakerBot Desktop, using custom profiles to prepare files, and a Autodesk model-repairing program, MeshMixer. This class will be more informative if you bring 3D models that you want help on. There will be time for Q&A. This class will be run by MakerBot’s 3D printing guru, Poppy Lyttle. Requirements
Laptop with 3 button mouse and downloaded MakerBot Desktop and a Meshmixer downloaded. Session Open to CARTA and the Public. Max 10 participants.
