Join Ed Keller and MONAD Studio House Band  formed by Scott F. Hall, Pablo Faraco, + Julian Cires and Emily Rebecca of LAVOLA – will perform with 3D-printed music instruments. They have also performed as experimental sonic ensemble at the opening of MONAD Studio’s show last October at Contemporary Art gallery in Wynwood.

6:30pm, Design Gallery

The MONAD Studio “Sound LAB Series” is a multi-events and exhibitions developed by Associated Professor Eric Goldemberg and fellow MONAD Studio co-Founder Veronica Zalcberg (www.monadstudio.com). This series will bring to MBUS a group of the most advanced architects, fashion designers, artists, and musicians doing cutting-edge work that questions the limits of the know-how involved in the creation of trans-disciplinar projects. Key to Professor Goldemberg is the notion of ‘FEEDBACK’ which is the title of his upcoming book and referee simultaneously to sonic techniques and to the cultural frictions and dialogues motivated by the production and reception processes of the work of art.

MONAD will create installations for performances at the Design gallery and the Washington gallery, and some of the guest-performers include:
Anouk Wipprecht, Viktoria Modesta, Jeffrey Kipnis, Perry Hall, Ed Keller, Orlando Garcia, Jacob Sudol, Jason Calloway, Michael Klotz and Seth Parker Woods + the MONAD Studio house band – Scott F. Hall, Pablo Faraco and the duo LAVOLA.
