Director’s Dinner:  Menu to be supplied and prepared by John Stuart, Executive Director of the Miami Beach Urban Studios and FIU CARTA Associate Dean for Cultural and Community Engagement.

Location:  Main Gallery, 7:30-9:00PM

Description:  The Director’s dinners are informal opportunities for John Stuart to show his appreciation for those who are friends of the Urban Studios.  He will prepare on site a simple mostly vegetarian experimental dinner made from local ingredients that will be served (free of charge!) in the main gallery accompanied by the fantastic resident sound system at the Urban Studios.  It is anticipated that the dinners will be opportunities for 6-8 students, faculty, Leadership Advisory Board members, alumni, staff and friends of MBUS to meet in a casual environment.  For those interested please contact, Evan Northup (enorthup@fiu.edu).
