9:15 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Introduction to the 3D printing ecosystem.
9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Demonstration on product design and modeling techniques
using 3D printing software.
10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Hands-on practice creating, manipulating 3d forms, personalizing and designing your own small prototype. Learn how to use basic level 3D software to design a product and develop a product prototype.
11:30 a.m.-12:30 pm Lunch is on your own (bring a bag lunch or enjoy a restaurant on Lincoln Rd.
12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m. Hands-on practice creating, manipulating 3D design and additive technologies.
1:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Discussion on tips and tricks of using a 3D printer.
2:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Hands on prototyping, printing, and cleaning final post production product.
3:30-4:00 Interactive Q & A on the benefits of implementing 3D printing into STEAM based curriculums. Evaluation.
