PUBLIC CONCERT: XXIV New Music Miami ISCM Festival 2021: Calloway + Sudol Duo and Misty Shore Duo2021-04-21T13:27:18-04:00

Welcome to the sixth New Music Miami ISCM Festival concert of the year featuring cellist Jason Calloway and composer/computer musician Jacob David Sudol. Together, they founded the Calloway + Sudol Duo in 2012 in order to perform and promote music for cello and electronics. Their primary goals are to create and perform exciting new works, play new classics from this repertoire, and revitalize recent classics that are on the threshold of obsolescence.

They will be joined this evening by the Misty Shore Duo – a husband and wife team – Jacob Sudol and pianist Chen-Hui Jen.

Wednesday, April 21st at 7:30PM:  To watch performance click here

Join us for a pre-concert discussion of works at 7:00 pm, to be followed by a performance at 7:30pm. The festival discussions and concerts are free to the public, no ticket required.

The festival is currently planned to take place at the Miami Beach Urban Studios on Lincoln Road, however, the concert may move online because of the Covid-19 pandemic. If so, a concert live stream link will be provided closer to the performance date.
