Our Summer 2021 Internship program will be fully remote, and after successfully hosting virtual interns over the last year, we’re ready to make Summer the best experience yet! Our internships are true learning and growth opportunities that help students set themselves up for an exciting future career in media. Potential Opportunities span across:

Global Security Operations provides a full suite of security, investigative, intelligence, business continuity, and environmental health and safety services aligned to safeguard our employees, property, operations, and reputation.

Rockefeller Center Operations oversees the business services within Studio Operations, NBC TV Network Operations, Studio Tour and Retail.

West Coast Studio Operations delivers quality operations focusing on talent, technology, and extraordinary customer service. This division offers stage and backlot locations, cutting-edge production and post-production facilities and services, special events, and marketing.

Global Real Estate optimizes the development and productivity of NBCUniversal properties, manages the global strategy to secure effective and efficient space and implements smart workplace strategies that address evolving business unit needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal

Desired Characteristics:

Strong interest in the media industry

Commitment to building an inclusive work environment

Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation

Excellent verbal and written communication

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement

Desired Majors: Communications, TV and Film Production, Marketing, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Crisis Management, Homeland Security, Architecture
