Indiehouse, a full service Post Production company (Editorial, Color Correction, VFX, Audio Post and Original Music) with 10 years of work for Worldwide Advertising Networks and Major Brands is hiring a new Post Production Assistant.

We are looking for a person who loves advertising and that is eager to learn from award-winning Producers and Artists that have grown together as a Team in this very demanding industry.

The Tasks

–      Maintains a strong organizational digital filing system, requiring thorough knowledge of all ongoing projects and their associated materials; including, but not limited to, schedules, talent acquisition, budgets, workflow charts, crew deals, scripts, etc.

–      Drafts and edits revisions to schedules and budgets on assigned projects.

–      Uses Quickbooks to keep the Account Receivables and Accounts payable up to date.

–      Performs general administrative duties, including answering, placing and rolling calls, preparing expense reports, photocopying, courier requests, drive-ons, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.

–      Arranges visitor access, greets clients, talent, creative staff, and executives.

–      Develops and maintains numerous databases, contact lists, manuals, and departmental calendar.

–      Books travel arrangements and submits expenses.

–      Creates and manages special projects and documents as required.

–      Helps with the tracking and execution of music licensing and talent agreements.

–      Assist with project workflow and asset management within Wiredrive, Interdubs & Sharefile

–      Maintain minority-owned business status providing all requirements and certifications

–      File annual reports via Dept. of State and maintain corporation’s annual dues and filings up to date

–      Collect employee and vendor W-4 and W-9 forms and work with the company’s CPA to distribute W-2 and 1099 forms

–      Manage correspondence, audits & deadlines from Dept of State and IRS to the extent permitted by law

–      Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

A bilingual candidate is a big plus for us since we work with companies around the world, especially in the US and Latin America. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point is a must.
