NBCUniversal owns a valuable portfolio spanning across broadcast divisions, cable networks, digital businesses, film, international, local media, Peacock and TV studio productions. 

NBC Sports Next is a subdivision of NBC Sports and home to all NBCUniversal digital applications in sports and technology within its three groups: Youth & Recreational Sports, Golf, and Betting, Gaming & Emerging Media. NBC Sports Next, known for its sports technology product innovation, equips more than 30MM players, coaches, athletes, sports administrators and fans in 40 countries with more than 25 sports solution products, including SportsEngine, GolfNow, GolfPass, TeamUnify, GoMotion, and NBC Sports Edge. NBC Sports Next is fueled by its mission to innovate, create larger-than-life events and connect with sports fans through technology to provide the ultimate in immersive experiences. 

Opportunities may include (but are not limited to): 

Direct-to-Consumer Services: Direct-to-Consumer is a key priority for GOLF with fast moving and aggressive growth goals. Interns in this role will assist with collecting, tracking, and reporting on website performance and campaign data, provide reporting as necessary, partner with DTC content owners to assist in asset management, and more. 

Member Care: Interns in this role will work with multiple teams within NBCUniversal, including GolfNow, TeeOff, Peacock, and more. They will get insight on cross-departmental meetings and how to continuously strive to provide the best customer service. Responsibilities include documentation and review of processes, Salesforce reporting, and improving FAQ documentation. 

Partner Care: Our Partner Care Implementation Team is responsible for consulting, implementing and onboarding our operations technology solutions which Partner Golf Courses use to successfully run their businesses. As an intern for our team, you will have direct interaction with people in entry level positions all the way up to the Vice President of the department. Projects will include, but are not limited to: development and maintenance of content that supports utilization of our operations technology by our Partner Golf Courses and internal teams, as well as mechanisms to deliver that content; building an internal communication program; growing our data analytics efforts, especially around usage of our growing content library. 

Plus Team: The Plus Team interacts with almost every division across NBC Sports Digital. Intern responsibilities include auditing and providing ongoing feedback for our current product offerings, as well as working with the following disciplines: support, activation, website design/development, brand agency, revenue consultation, and project management. 

Sales: Interns in this role will support the Sales team and other departments to create and streamline operational processes to help sell, implement and support our products & services. A major function of the team is to manage Salesforce CRM for the organization, which is used for managing accounts, cases, orders, and sales opportunities. Interns in this role will assist with various clean-up and audit projects involving Salesforce and Excel and be communicating with department managers. 

Other roles may include Marketing and Project Management

Qualifications/Requirements

In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
