We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing. In this exciting entry-level position, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to various Executives. In addition, the Administrative Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing will have the opportunity to get involved with special projects and ultimately learn/train in affiliate Distribution and Marketing duties.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between Executives and a wide array of internal and external contacts
  • Answer busy phones
  • Schedule meetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Draft correspondence
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Maintain mailing, email lists, databases, and other files and assets for the team
  • Update weekly reports
  • Keep track of all office premium inventory
  • Special projects as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Strong internship/work experience preferably in media
  • Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to manage time and priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
