Formed by the guitarist and composer Arthur Dente and his daughter flutist Valentine Dente, Duo Alto Plano presents original compositions for flute and guitar by Dente, as well as classical works of the Spanish and Latin American composers. Trained in classical music and improvisation, Dente’s compositions incorporate influences from various musical cultures, including French, Spanish, Celtic, North American, South American, Indian, and Arap-Andalusian.
