The Miami International GuitART Festival celebrates the musical legacy of Cuban composer Leo Brouwer who is one of contemporary music’s living legends. The program includes orchestral, chamber, and solo guitar works by Brouwer, featuring FIU Symphony Orchestra directed by maestro Javier Jose Mendoza, guitarists Eren Sualp, Rene Izquierdo, Rafael Padron, Celso Cano, Duo Con-Trastes, Carlos Molina, Wabi-Sabi Duo, Mesut Ozgen and Amernet String Quartet.
