Masami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Kyoto Women’s University. In 2012, she gave her US debut and later received a Certificate Diploma from the University of North Florida’s Music as a student of Dr. Gary Smart. In 2015, she earned a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance from Florida International University Wertheim School of Music under the mentorship of renowned pianist Kemal Gekic. She was featured as a collaborative pianist in a Japanese documentary television show and her episode was aired in July 2018. She is currently performing both as a soloist and a collaborative pianist in South Florida’s community.
