Auditions
All students seeking admission to the School of Music must audition on an instrument/voice, including freshmen and transfer students. This includes prospective majors and minors in music. Auditions and interviews will take place in-person at the School of Music on the following dates.

For Prospective Students
You must apply for admission to Florida International University. Next, Next, upload your prescreening materials to GetAcceptd. If you pass this pre-screening process you will be invited to a live audition. Applicants who wish to be considered for University merit-based scholarships need to be admitted to FIU by the November audition date. The School of Music does have scholarships.
