Nadine Poliard, NCIDQ

Department of Interior Architecture

Nadine Poliard is a licensed interior designer with extensive experience in commercial, corporate, and institutional interiors. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida International University. Over the past two decades, she has held senior design and project management roles at firms including Gresham Smith, Veenendaal Cave/Nelson, and Office Images Inc., leading projects across Tampa, Atlanta, and beyond.

Nadine has taught interior design at multiple institutions, including Florida International University, Brenau University, and American Intercontinental University. She currently teaches Professional Practice in FIU’s Interior Architecture Department. Her work has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal for design excellence, and she is an active member of CREW Tampa Bay and the Westshore Alliance. She is NCIDQ-certified, a LEED Green Associate, and licensed in the state of Florida.
