As a serial entrepreneur and cultural producer, Max Pierre believes his greatest gift is knowing when to take up space when to make room when to speak, and when to pass the mic. Pierre’s approach is hyper-focused around three tenants: strengthening brand value, cultivating a healthy and vibrant culture, and developing brands through strategic partnerships.

Strategy is just a word. The truth is people just want to be moved and connected. With experience in the hospitality industry, fashion, branding, and retail, Pierre’s creative strategies, cultural initiatives, and activations have connected audiences and brands through authentic and unique experiences. He is a lover of all things design and a guerrilla student of all things culture.

During his RA+DI Residency, Pierre developed Noula Worldwide‘s Nou Pa Wont, an exhibition centering Haiti’s cultural contributions to the world. The exhibition took place during Haïtian Heritage Month in the Miami Design District and included multiple activations, including an awards ceremony for noted Haitian cultural leaders in Miami.

Max Pierre was also a RA+DI Year 2 Program Mentor.
