Jefferson Noel is a professor at Florida International University. He is a four-time published author, professional orator, award-winning educator, and TEDx speaker. Jefferson is the founder of Barbershop Speaks, an organization that engages in intelligent discussions inside barbershops and beauty salons. He hosts a television show on The CW network that generates 340,000 viewers per episode. He has been featured on MSNBC, NBC News Now, NPR,  and more. Additionally, he has received Miami’s Top Black Educator Distinction of 2021,  Legacy Miami Top Leader of Today & Tomorrow of 2022, the Man of Honor Award in 2023, Literary Trailblazer Award, and Black Man of Excellence by the Black Professional Network in 2024.
