Julie Pierre and Jovan Mitchell are FIU students and founders of Roll & Dough, a Miami-based bakery that grew from a college kitchen into a viral, community-driven food business with a Haitian twist. Their practical response to financial pressure led to a disciplined daily practice of making delicious handmade cinnamon rolls and fans forming long lines at Miami markets, and the birth of a recognizable brand.
