Workshop: Business Modeling & Market Research with Neil Ramsay, Carlos Fueyo, & Dimitry Saïd Chamy

10 AM Friday 25 September 2026
Ratcliffe Art+ Design Incubator
FIU Biscayne Bay Campus – Academic II Suite 150
3000 NE 151st St, Miami, FL 33181

Every business model is a stack of guesses wearing a suit.

Who actually has the problem. Why you’re the only fix. What money comes in, what goes out, how they find you. Nine areas, one page — and not one of them is a fact until a customer makes it one.

Friday we sit down with that page and fill it in. One version per kind of buyer, because a ceramicist selling to restaurants is running a different business than the same ceramicist at a market stall. Same hands, same clay, different everything else.

Then the part people skip: the test. Traction is the kiln. Everything that was going to crack, cracks.

Built for anyone working with under $5K and ten hours a week — which is not too small to model. It’s exactly small enough that guessing wrong hurts.
