Responsibilities and DutiesSubmit & project manage creative briefs for all email marketing campaignsOversee the QA and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns from the time of the briefing to the time of deployment.Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on email & SMS performance metrics, analyzing results and identifying opportunities to drive increased revenue.Performing list segmentationEmail scrubbingPartner with the email marketing manager to oversee the email marketing calendarWork closely with the email team to execute on-brand email and sms creativesLeverage data-driven segmentation and personalization Improve email engagement through KPIs through regular A/B testing and automationMonitor open rates and sending domain reputationLook for opportunities to drive revenue through our email and SMS programs Weekly meetings with the Email Marketing Manager to discuss performance and opportunities for improvementPerform other duties as designed Required Experience And Education1+ years of experience (e-commerce experience a plus) Highly self-motivated, team player, reliable Experience using Email Service Providers (Klaviyo experience is a plus) Strong communication skills, grammar, and attention to detailUnderstanding of best practices for email accessibility and deliverability.Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.Must have a love for email marketing
